Position Summary... What you’ll do: Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy; operates forklift following company standards and guidelines; completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, and resolving member issues; maintains safety of facility according to company policies; maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation; ensures club pickup orders are filled; handles inventory and tracks goods; reports poor inventory practices; identifies customers who need help; maintains equipment; embraces differences in people; works as a team; acts with integrity to support Walmart’s goals; delivers results while putting customers first; makes decisions based on reliable information; drives continuous improvement. For information about benefits and eligibility, see One.Walmart at Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team.
