responsibilities:

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), managing daily 100% onsite pharmacy operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, local, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Mentor and develop a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish and manage patient delivery services and coordinate start of care with nurses and physicians.
• Implement quality assurance programs, monitor workflows, and drive performance improvement plans.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• BSPh or PharmD degree.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana pharmacist license (must hold or be willing to obtain licensure in additional states to support 50-state operations).
• 3-5 years of practical experience in pharmacy operations or a fulfillment environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports (exempt and non-exempt).
• Strong understanding of pharmacy law, regulatory compliance, and clinical interpretation.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume fulfillment, automation, or centralized pharmacy operations.
• Experience presenting to regulatory bodies like Boards of Pharmacy.
• Clinical monitoring experience.
