Position Overview:

MLR Healthcare is looking for a skilled and motivated Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing echocardiograms and will play a crucial role in diagnosing and monitoring cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Analyze and interpret ultrasound images, providing preliminary findings to physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create personalized care plans for patients.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiac imaging technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent.
• Current state licensure as a sonographer in Indiana.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
