Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1-2 years of current acute MS/rehab experience required. License: Must have a valid state or compact nursing license. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required. Must-Have: - 1:6 patient ratios. - Must float within the scope of practice. - Every other weekend required. - 36/48-hour schedule for the two-week pay period. - Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. - Resources must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered. - Valid driver's license required. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation to join our team. Candidates must have 1-2 years of current acute medical-surgical and rehabilitation experience. The position involves working with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6. Floating to other units within the scope of practice is required. Every other weekend shifts are mandatory. Staff must work a 36/48-hour schedule for the two-week pay period. Candidates should be prepared to handle fluctuations in patient ratios based on census and call-ins. Orientation is bi-weekly. Candidates should submit proof of all required certifications and a copy of their unexpired driver's license. Candidates are expected to work either a major or minor holiday.
