Growing together.** **Work Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm **Office Location:** 1601 W Hebron Pkwy Carrollton, Texas 75010 **Primary Responsibilities:** + Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments (approximately 60-80 calls a day) and general inquiries + Greeting and assist patients in person and by phone, ensuring a positive and compassionate patient experience + Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain required authorizations + Register patients accurately by collecting and updating demographic, insurance, and medical information + Collect co‑pays and outstanding balances while explaining billing and payment options + Communicate effectively with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and resolve questions or concerns + Other duties, as assigned **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
