Job description:

• The Left Arm Engineering Lead owns end-to-end engineering for the capability build arm: the build teams, sprint execution and the day-to-day technical throughput that turn the Nova roadmap into working platform capability.
• The role is accountable for engineering quality, technical decisions inside the arm and the pace at which capability lands, with the aim of creating a best-in-class product for PBM adjudication.
• It partners with product management on the clarity and content of requirements, builds to the target-state architecture set by the architecture office, and holds the delivery, platform, product, quality and DevSecOps leads beneath it to one standard.
• We are looking for someone who has run multi-team engineering organizations on a cloud-native build, can make calls in ambiguity, and can hold a quality bar while moving at program pace.
