Responsibilities As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You’ll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered. Safety First : Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance. Driving Operational Excellence : Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high‑quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. Strategic Focus & Problem Solving : Prioritize critical tasks and allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience. Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends. Even better, you may have: Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) experience.
