Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Leading financial planning and analysis processes, the full-time Senior Manager, FP&A will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the COO-led organizations while collaborating closely with corporate finance teams and driving finance transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Oversee financial reporting consolidation, analytics, and communication processes for the COO Finance organization, including the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts Develop and deliver the Quarterly Financial Review package to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring high-quality standardized content and addressing ad hoc requirements Manage finance transformation initiatives, partnering with IT and finance colleagues to implement innovative solutions, including automation of reporting and development of real-time analytics capabilities Required qualifications BSc/BA in Finance/Accounting, Economics, or Math required; Master's Degree preferred, CPA preferred 8 years of experience in financial analysis and planning with multi-national companies required Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, Hyperion, Demantra, and Oracle is a plus Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics processes Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
