Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a GA or compact RN license and a minimum 50-mile distance from the facility.

Details

• Work is performed in a hospital PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) on the ground floor
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend schedule
• 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or compact state license required
• AHA certifications required and must be current (non-expired)
• PACU nursing experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to patients in a hospital PACU setting
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break from the facility before being eligible
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• EMR experience should be noted in work history
