This opportunity blends the stability, resources, and benefits of a top ENR firm with the growth opportunity of a smaller office.Client Overview:Revenue: Over $1Billion across the entire business, $100M/yr+ in WisconsinProject Types: All vertical construction sectors outside of single-family residentialProject Size: Wide range from $1-$50millionCulture: Sharp professionals in a family-feel environmentProject Delivery: Currently operate as construction manager with plan to integrate self-perform tradesLeadership: Comes from top Wisconsin general contractorsJob DescriptionLead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet critical milestones.Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting to maximize financial performance.Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards through regular site inspections and risk management.Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, providing clear project updates and resolving issues proactively.Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution and timely project delivery.Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
