Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or entertainment venue.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and utensils.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or daily service.
Compensation details: 10-10 Hourly Wage
