You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.**What You’ll Do*** Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.* Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.* Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.* Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.**Who You Are*** Are at least 18 years old.* Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.* Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.* Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.* Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.* Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.* Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.**Some Perks and Benefits*** Competitive base pay and bonus programs* Up to 60% discount on branded product from J.
