Linden Place Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. Position Summary  

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and promoting compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to resident-centered care. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Complete resident assessments upon admission, discharge, and as needed. 

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery. 

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident condition and care needs. 

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans. 

• Assign duties to LPNs and Nursing Assistants as appropriate. 

• Review nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. 

• Ensure adherence to nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to address concerns involving residents, families, and staff. 

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes and operational efficiency. 

• Monitor infection prevention and control practices and promote a safe environment. 

• Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling coverage when needed. 

• Maintain accurate records for billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. 

• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. 

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. 

Qualifications  

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. 

• Current CPR certification required. 

• Minimum of 1–3 years of nursing experience required. 

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. 

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
