HireQuest Direct is seeking Event Staff to join our team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events. You will assist with set-up, guest services, and overall event management tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Note: These positions are temporary/part time and longevity and frequency is based on local events and client needs.

Upcoming events include the NASCAR Nashville Speedway and the Country Music Awards, all hands needed!

If you are interested in this position, please call our office or stop by the Hire Quest Direct office in Nashville with two forms of ID Monday-Friday between 8am-2pm for open interviews!

Most common positions: Event Staff, Set up/Tear down, Unarmed Security, Badge/Ticketing Verification

 

Key Responsibilities: (These duties can vary based on the specific project, site, and the client's requirements.)

• Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and preparing event spaces.
• Greet and assist guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
• Support the event manager and other team members as needed.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

 

Qualifications:

• Be able to perform various physical tasks such as lighting, pulling, pushing, standing and walking for entire shift.
• Work as part of a team to make a successful event
• High attention to detail and able to anticipate needs of customers.

Salary: $17/hr

Shifts:  Shift times vary based on event.
