Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and clerical roles, with a strong emphasis on human resources and recruitment processes.
Location
Kansas City, KS
Schedule
This position typically operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is primarily remote, but the candidate must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area to attend quarterly onsite meetings.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment support.
- Experience in processing background checks and the pre-employment screening process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
Additional Information
- This is a nicotine-free facility.
- Orientation will take place on the main campus every Monday and Tuesday.
- All holidays observed by the organization will result in office closure, with unpaid days applicable.
