Accounts Receivable ManagerLocation: 100% Onsite Position Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 DOEOverview: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and oversee AR operations within a dynamic hospitality environment. This role will manage a team of four and is responsible for ensuring timely collections, accurate cash application, and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, strong analytical skills, and a background in hospitality or a high-volume, customer-facing industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage and mentor a team of 4 AR professionals, including performance management, training, and workflow oversightOversee full-cycle accounts receivable processes including billing, cash applications, collections, and reconciliationsMonitor aging reports and drive collection efforts to reduce DSO and improve cash flowPartner with internal departments (operations, sales, and finance) to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processesReview and approve write-offs, adjustments, and credit memos in accordance with company policiesDevelop and implement AR policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare AR reporting and analytics for leadership, including aging trends and collection performanceAssist with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting requirementsEvaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and automationQualifications:5+ years of accounts receivable experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience within the hospitality industry or a high-volume, service-based environment preferredStrong understanding of AR processes including collections, cash applications, and reconciliationsProven experience managing and developing a teamProficient in accounting/ERP systems and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to handle escalated customer accounts professionallyDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
