We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist who brings strong employee relations expertise, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for helping leaders and teams succeed.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant Employee Relations experience
- Proven success managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Experience coaching leaders on performance management, documentation, and corrective action
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgment, and make defensible decisions
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
