Full Time Supervisor, Seaport District, Boston

Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team, ensuring brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth by implementing effective strategies and operational excellence. Responsibilities Create a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to other associates. Supervise and provide consistent coaching on the sales training process to ensure the highest level of service and sales. Proactively resolve consumer concerns consistently with company policy and in a consumer-satisfaction‑oriented manner. Partner with the store manager on elevated consumer issues and collaborate with store management to set expectations and coach the team. Participate in training new hires and current employees on LS&Co culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, programs, and other associate responsibilities. Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management. Efficiently handle all cash, merchandise, shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment operations while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and coordinate with the Store Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex business strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals. Supervise the store team in the absence of another member of management. Comply with all Levi’s® Store policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management. Qualifications Experience in progressive retail leadership, with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform essential job functions: lift up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk, hear, reach, type, and climb ladders.
