Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse

Per Diem Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN)LUX Infusion is seeking a Per Diem Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN) to provide in-home and suite-based infusion therapy. This role is responsible for safely administering IV treatments, monitoring patient response, and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while collaborating with internal and external care teams. This is a flexible, field-based role requiring travel within a designated metropolitan area.Key Responsibilities:Insert, manage, and remove peripheral and central IV lines (PICC, Port, Midline)Administer prescribed IV medications, fluids, and nutrition therapyMonitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriatelyPerform venipuncture and collect lab samples as orderedComplete full patient assessments including vitals and review of systemsDocument all clinical activity accurately and in a timely mannerEducate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and line careCoordinate and confirm patient visits in alignment with physician ordersCommunicate patient status, concerns, and updates to providers and care teamsCollaborate with internal staff, agencies, and leadership to ensure continuity of careSubmit therapy administration reports and required documentationMaintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and company standardsParticipate in quality assurance and audit activitiesTravel to patient homes and clinical sites within assigned territoryRequired Qualifications:Active RN license in state of practiceGraduate of an accredited nursing programMinimum 2 years of RN experienceIV certification with experience in central line care and managementCurrent CPR certificationValid driver's license and ability to travel locallyExperience in home health, infusion, critical care, emergency nursing, or similar settingProficiency with venous access and phlebotomyStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsBasic Microsoft Office proficiencyPay Range/Rate $40 —$55 USD
