Here are the Details: Start Date: September 28, 2026 100% in office for 2 - 3 months then will transition to a hybrid (in office / work from home) schedule Candidates must be available Mon-Fri 8:00-4:15pm and 8:30-4:45pm. Career growth opportunities with a pay increase potential after 6 months Job Summary This position is responsible for providing exposure to both Sales and Service for New York Deferred Compensation Plan. Receives and responds to incoming customer/agent/employer inquiries. Communicates with customers, field staff, service centers, internal/external sales support and other industry companies through oral and written communication. Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions and administration of the Plan, and the processing systems related. Demonstrates the ability to identify situations that require advanced technical knowledge or exception processing and refers the situation to a Supervisor. Reviews, research, and interprets records and reports to accurately make decisions. Decision making skill necessary for customer contacts. Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determines appropriate action. Performs other duties as requested. Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills Basic typing and computer skills Background in customer service, preferred Strong interpersonal and written communications The ability to work within a team and independently. High attention to detail.
