JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts will be scheduled between 7pm-6:30am. Includes an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.Prepare and serve food items for third-shift customersProvide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail dining environmentRotate between multiple workstations, including the deli and grill areasPrepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelinesOperate and maintain food service equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer service areasStock food, beverages, supplies, and serving areas throughout the shiftAssist with opening, closing, and restocking responsibilities as assignedServe as a relief cashier and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile transactionsCrosstrain as a backup cashier to provide coverage during breaks and periods of operational needFollow all departmental food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and HACCP standardsSupport team operations by adapting to changing assignments and business needsPerform other duties as assignedDemonstrated back-of-house (BOH) food preparation and cooking skills JOB QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of work experience in a related job disciplinePreferred: High school diploma or equivalent About Us At Cincinnati Children's, we come to work with one goal: to make children's health better.
