This is a senior leadership position requiring strong project management, commercial awareness and technical expertise to ensure delivery is safe, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall project costs, schedules and budgets from inception through to completion.Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and consultants to ensure effective project delivery.Monitor critical milestones, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.Review construction proposals, pricing and scopes of work.Lead client meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.Monitor construction costs and provide data-driven reports and recommendations.Manage construction procurement activities and long-lead equipment delivery schedules.Review and validate subcontractor cost estimates and project financial information.Support engineering and design decisions relating to cost control and design-build changes.Track equipment availability against the project programme.Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews and integrate outputs into project controls.Review and approve invoices, payment applications and retention payments.Manage client handover, including close-out documentation, warranties and final deliverables.Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and project governance throughout delivery.RequirementsMinimum 10 years' experience in a similar project leadership role.Experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.Strong commercial awareness, including project financial management, procurement and cost control.Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant project management tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project deadlines without compromising safety or quality.PackageSalary of 100,000–110,000.Accommodation provided.Rotation arrangements.Travel covered.Pension.Living allowance.
