Lead and manage nursing staff in the NICU, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, scheduling, and evaluating performance. Promote a culture of safety, clinical excellence, and family-integrated care for premature and critically ill neonates. Oversee daily operations of the NICU, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to clinical protocols. Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and maintain compliance with hospital and national quality standards. Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in NICU, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required. Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) is preferred.
