Professional Surveyor - Canton Ohio - JOB 26-00345
Salary Range: $50K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits Canton, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks a Professional Surveyor who can bring additional business to the organization.- Demonstrate the ability to lead all aspects of surveying and geomatics department, which potentially includes several field crews and supporting technical staff members
- Manage survey or geomatics projects for both the public and private sector
- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Report to and maintain contact with key staff and offices of the organization to ensure department success and sustainability
- Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews, technicians, and other internal staff members
- Coordinate assignments that aide in project management and deadline adherence
Qualifications may include:
- Have and maintain licensure for PS in the State of Ohio.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
- The ability to lead a team and provide mentorship
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize appropriately, based on project scope
- Leadership skills and mentorship capabilities
- High levels of productivity working independently and collaboratively
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
