Disqualifying factors:

• State of Minnesota disqualifications:
  • DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
  • 4+ moving violations in past 5 years

• Safely transport passengers to and from their destinations.

Tiered Driver Classifications:

1. Full-Time Driver Status (requires School Bus Endorsement):
   • $30/hour
   • Rotating schedule with pre-determined assignments
   • Eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and health Insurance coverage
2. Full-Time Motorcoach Only:
   • $28/hour
   • Rotating schedule with pre-determined assignments
   • Eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and health Insurance coverage
3. Part-Time Driver (requires School Bus Endorsement):
   • $27/hour
   • Charter work offered 4-6 days per week
   • Weekday and weekend assignments offered
   • Flexibility to accept or decline trips as needed
4. Part-Time Motorcoach Only:
   • $25/hour
   • Charter work available 3-4 days per week
   • Weekday and weekend assignments offered
   • Flexibility to accept or decline trips as needed

Pre-Requirements:

• Valid CDL A or B
• Valid Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements
• Valid School Bus Endorsement for Full-Time driver and Part-Time driver positions
• Pervious commercial vehicle driving experience, at minimum 1 year

Upon Hire: (Please note that both state and federal regulations, along with company policies, may disqualify individuals based on specific criteria, including criminal offenses, driving violations, or failure to meet health standards.)

• Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Test, along with Federal Random Drug Testing.
• A passable Pre-Employment Physical Assessment must be completed.
• A passable Medical Examination for the DOT Health Card must be completed.
• Paid behind-the-wheel training will be provided.

• Zero Tolerance Substance Abuse Company:All positions are required to complete a pre-employment drug test and random tests throughout employment. Our policy also states that if you have a documented positive test for a previous employer, you will not be eligible for employment with Voigt's; even if you have completed the Return to Work program through a medical review officer.
