Radiance Endodontics is looking for an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join their reputable practice. Qualified candidates have:

·         Dental Radiology certification

·         Expanded Functions Certification

·         Nitrous Capabilities

·         Dental software experience

·         A proven track record as a team player in a busy environment.

Excellent candidates have:

·         A positive attitude regardless of circumstances surrounding the day

Essential Functions:

·         Physically be present at the dental office to perform the necessary tasks for the patients as scheduled

·         Assist the dentist during a wide variety of 4-handed dental procedures.

·         Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control and OSHA procedures

·         Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory as directed.

·         Take and develop x-rays as needed

·         Request history from the patient and document in the system as needed

·         Help patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatments to the best of your ability

·         Provide instructions for oral care following surgery and other treatment procedures as needed for successful recovery

·         Cross train to support other rolls within the office as needed when time allows

·         Communicate with patients, peers, vendors and all persons entering the practice with courtesy and respect to reflect a positive experience toward all

·         Attend all assigned meetings

·         Follow all company policies and procedures

·         Other duties as assigned
