As a Mid‑Senior Structural Engineer, you will start your day immersed in complex industrial projects, engaging with other engineers and designers to develop creative, efficient, and safe structural designs. You'll model and analyze structural systems using advanced CAD and FEA tools, review and develop structural drawings and specifications, and ensure all work meets the highest structural engineering standards and building codes. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A MID‑SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER? Schedule: In this full‑time role, you'll join our Dayton‑based team during regular business hours, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and clients throughout the work week.
