Tempe, AZ (Onsite)

Up to $90,000 + Bonus Opportunity (Up to 25% Annually)

Are you a polished leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a Senior Manager, Service Delivery to lead a team within a rapidly growing Concierge Division that provides premium, white-glove support to VIP clients.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Improve the key success metrics associated with goals. These include:
\n
• Revenue Targets
\n
• Customer Satisfaction Score
\n
• Quality Goals
\n
• Manage key client stakeholders
\n
• Mentor managers to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of projects
\n
• Bring your time management and organizational skills to help support managers on their multiple, complex, on‐going tasks and projects
\n

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous leadership experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or contact center environments

✅ Excellent communication and executive presence

✅ Comfortable working with VIP and high-profile clientele

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes and priorities can evolve

✅ Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach

Schedule & Training

• Training: 2 weeks onsite
\n
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with some flexibility based on business needs
\n
• Typically no evening hours beyond approximately 6:00 PM
