Tell us about it.At Mission Mechanical, our mission is to build lasting relationships with our customers through strong communication and high-quality workmanship delivered by our highly trained professionals.## Job Responsibilities* Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers and freezers, display cases, reach-in units, ice machines, and process refrigeration equipment* Install new commercial refrigeration systems and components* Perform refrigerant recovery, recharge, and leak testing per EPA regulations* Read and interpret electrical and refrigeration system schematics* Utilize digital diagnostic tools and CRM platforms for documentation* Communicate clearly with commercial clients and facility managers onsite* Maintain accurate service records and daily production documentation* Ensure EPA 608 compliance on all refrigerant handling* Safeguard all Mission Mechanical property and tools on job sites* Assist in training junior technicians## Job Requirements* 3+ years of commercial refrigeration service and installation experience* EPA Section 608 Universal certification required* OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record* Ability to pass drug and background screenings* Possess trade-specific tools* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills## Benefits* 401(k) and 401(k) matching* Health insurance and health savings account* Dental and vision insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Employee assistance program* Referral program* Retirement plan**Job Type:** Full-Time**Expected Hours:** 40 per week**Pay:** $28.00–$45.00/hour (based on experience)**Schedule:** 8-hour shifts.
