Advertising Operations Specialist

Our Ad operations specialist is seated in the driver’s seat of this mission, consulting on and executing digital ad channels, campaign and platform strategies for our enterprise clients across industries. This role is aligned at key stakeholder & execution levels, building strong relationships to help customers progress on their digital journey with Hyperlocology. Responsibilities Analyzing customer performance data and building executable, cross‑channel strategies to grow their revenue and reach Partner with CSM to understand brand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate business and technology objectives Develop knowledge of customer channel strategies and guide best practices with our product Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and build risk mitigation plans Deliver business value and innovation by understanding customers’ key business challenges Work collaboratively with the account team and HYP executives across the organization, networking within accounts from Executive‑Level down to help customers achieve objectives Act as the liaison between Product and the Customer, focusing on feature collaboration and communicating feature roadmaps in a balanced one‑versus‑many approach required by the SaaS model Collaborate with customer’s relevant partners to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and create a trusted three‑way partnership between customer, partner, and HYP Coach the next generation of HYP Strategists on platform technologies and strategies Ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention within the customer portfolio Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of professional experience, with 1+ year in SaaS/enterprise software, Success, Account Management/Ad Operations, Client Services & or Digital Agency Experience in digital channel marketing strategies and tactics; media and advertising (search & display) Expert level understanding in programmatic technologies, GMP (DV360, SA360, GTM, GA, CM) and other social and eCommerce marketing platforms Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong consulting skills and proven results driving business value for customers Exposure to B2B & B2C business models Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations across levels Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts Passion for marketing technology, working with cool people and making a true impact Experience working with distributed teams Excellent verbal and written communication, and virtual customer‑facing presentation skills Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix environment Success working in a fast‑paced, dynamic and creative environment with a rapidly growing company Be awesome #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyperlocology
