Position Title: Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on 1st shift. This position requires operating a stand-up reach forklift approximately 60% of the workday and performing general warehouse labor the remaining 40%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently to move, stage, and store materials.
- Load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory movement and stock replenishment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, labeling, sorting, and housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Stand-up reach forklift certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up reach forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and forklift operation.
- Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures depending on the facility.
Percentage of Duties:
- 60%Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operation
- 40%General Warehouse Labor
Certification Required:
- Current Stand-Up Reach Forklift Certification (Required)
Pay: $18.25 - $19.00 per hour
