We're looking for hardworking, reliable Commercial Sheet Metal Helpers to assist experienced mechanics with the installation of HVAC duct systems on commercial job sites. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds schools, hospitals, office buildings, and other large-scale facilities, we want to hear from you!

✅ Assist with the installation of sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems

✅ Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal components

✅ Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

✅ Help mechanics with layout, fabrication, and installation tasks

✅ Maintain a clean and safe work area

✅ Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures

✅ Learn the trade from experienced professionals and advance your career

✔ Previous construction experience preferred but not required

✔ Experience with sheet metal or HVAC work is a plus

✔ Ability to use basic hand and power tools

✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

✔ Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

✔ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions

✔ OSHA certification is a plus but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
