Project Manager - Industrial Refrigeration Sector

For our client, an Italian company operating in the industrial refrigeration sector, we are looking for a: PROJECT MANAGER The selected candidate will support the Sales Manager Germany in the development and execution of industrial refrigeration projects. Following an initial training period at the company’s headquarters in Italy, the Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales process, designing refrigeration systems, and coordinating the execution of acquired projects from inception to commissioning. Key Responsibilities Support the Sales Manager Germany in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for clients. Participate in customer meetings and presentations of technical and commercial solutions. Develop preliminary and detailed designs for industrial refrigeration systems. Manage awarded projects throughout all phases, including engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate on-site installation and start-up activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Act as the main point of contact between internal departments, clients, suppliers, and site personnel. Monitor project progress and prepare related reporting and documentation. Travel regularly across Germany and Italy, with occasional travel within the DACH region. Attend trade fairs and industry events when required. Requirements Degree in Engineering, or a related technical field. Previous experience in project management within the industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or plant engineering sector. Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and related technologies. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Availability to travel frequently across Germany and internationally. Fluent English and German is required; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus. Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr See True Partners
