Our drivers play an important role in creating a great customer experience by ensuring every order is delivered accurately, safely, and on time. When not on deliveries, drivers assist with restaurant operations to help keep the team running smoothly.Essential ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer orders in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.Verify orders are complete and accurate before leaving the restaurant.Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.Collect payments and process transactions when required.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.Plan efficient delivery routes based on traffic and weather conditions.Assist with answering phones and taking customer orders as needed.Help prepare orders for delivery, including packaging and quality checks.Support fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Reliable, insured vehicle available for deliveries.Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in varying weather conditions.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethic.Team player who is willing to help wherever needed.Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.Ability to stay organized and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.Commitment to providing every customer with an outstanding experience.Compensation: Base pay $6.00 - $8.00 + $4.00 on every delivery + Tips - You keep 100% of your tips and leave with them every night.
