Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: BLS, CPI Skills REQ: Geriatric, Inpatient, Locked Unit, Medical/Psych, Substance use/Chemical Dependency, Medication Administration (PO, RECTAL, IM, IV, SC, etc), Starting and maintaining IVs, Blood glucose monitoring, Foley catheter insertion / maintenance Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within service line, and to all BH units Open to accommodating block schedule? The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Epic, medical, and Psych experience required Adult Psychiatric population and geriatric (18 years or older), some patients with co-morbid medical conditions that require med-surg approach. When floating to other BH units- Patient is older adult and adult population, some patients with medical co-morbidities and mobility issues. Some diagnoses include dementia, depression, Parkinson's Disease, bipolar disorder, or anxiety.
