Key responsibilities Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify analytical support needs and deliver actionable insights Performs advanced data analysis and modeling to generate prescriptive insights for the Retrospective Claims Auditing business Develops automated business tools and conducts ROI evaluations to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or operational excellence Proficiency in data storytelling and experience with SQL and large data manipulation Prior experience in business optimization and financial modeling Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Microstrategy
