Mental Health Therapist (licensed/ Licensed Eligible)

Elite DNA Behavioral Health, a physician‑run Telepsychiatry provider, is hiring a Mental Health Therapist (licensed or unlicensed) for its Stuart, FL office. The position can be full‑time or part‑time. Sign‑On Incentives

• 2,500 for unlicensed providers
• 5,000 for licensed providers

RCSWI – LCSW, RMHCI – LMHC, RMFTI – LMFT

Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing clinical procedures and guidelines, as needed Actively participate in staff meetings and case presentations Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes, as needed Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns, as appropriate Provide patient‑centered therapy interventions with an emphasis on patient involvement as part of the treatment team Utilize the electronic medical record to document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information, completing documentation within the agency’s required timelines Assist in the advocacy process for patients’ access to community resources Collaboratively develop treatment plans with input from the patient, families, treatment team members, and other agencies, as appropriate Coordinate and communicate with the treatment team to provide the best care to patients Use multiple interventions such as group, individual, and family therapy to help patients meet their identified goals Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity issues in the assessment and treatment of patients Demonstrate respect for the inherent dignity and worth of patients Actively monitor patient progress toward goals and address termination/discharge issues, providing outside referrals at discharge, as appropriate Work independently and in a team environment, prioritizing workload based on workflow demands and administrators’ reprioritization when needed Benefits 401(k) Matching Dental (insurance) Health (insurance) Vision (insurance) Three weeks PTO in the first year Seven paid holidays Mental health days CEU/Elite DNA University Monday to Friday schedule; no weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite DNA Behavioral Health
