Position Overview The Physical Therapist evaluates, designs, and implements individualized patient care plans aimed at increasing, maintaining, or restoring function and helping patients reach maximum performance levels. This full‑time position requires direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation in accordance with clinical standards. Benefits Generative AI Documentation Scribe for real‑time, compliant clinical documentation Yearly Continuing Education Allowance and access to MedBridge and Athletico University Additional 5 days of paid time off dedicated to Continuing Education Strategic mentorship and leadership development programs Incentives based on quality care and patient outcomes rather than visit volume Coverage at over 900 locations in 25 states Residency programs – 100% reimbursement of curriculum costs Commuter pre‑tax transit & parking, 401(k) with company match, SoFi Financial Wellness tools, KinderCare discount, HUSK Fitness resources, insurance options, EAP, and employee discount program Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interpret prescriptions, perform initial evaluations, and establish treatment plans with functional and/or work‑related goals Progress treatment and goals appropriately Maintain timely written communication with physicians Manage discharge and patient follow‑up Supervise rehabilitation aides, administrative staff, and PTAs as applicable Document all treatment activities and communications, including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, daily SOAP notes, functional status reports, functional capacity evaluations, and insurance/plan of care forms Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources (physicians, PAs, ARNPs, chiropractors, case managers, etc.) Expectations Provide exceptional patient care and service Engage in community services, such as hosting booths at health fairs, presenting in‑services, covering special events, and providing complimentary screenings Demonstrate compassion toward patients and a service‑oriented attitude Assist patients with physician visits and interoffice communication Deliver staff in‑services and report continuing education participation Additional Duties and Responsibilities Maintain state license and meet all compliance standards Exhibit energy and teamwork Education and Experience Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist Current CPR Certification Essential Qualifications In-depth knowledge of patient evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention strategies Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage interdisciplinary collaboration and supervision of staff Proficiency in building professional relationships with referral entities Current CPR Certification Language Skills Ability to read, write, type, and speak English proficiently.
