Overview LPL Financial partners with banks to offer a complete menu of financial services to bank clients. This opportunity is located at First National Bank in West Des Moines, IA, and is part of the Investment Program where you will work as a Financial Advisor associated with LPL Financial. As an advisor you will not be an employee of LPL Financial. Responsibilities & Opportunities Serve an existing book of business from day one. Build a strong client base using the Bank’s referral system. Operate across multiple branch territories with a substantial deposit base. Identify new clients through the bank’s extensive client network. Create client solutions without proprietary products. Leverage LPL’s tools, technology, and support to grow your business. Benefit from LPL’s experience in helping financial institutions expand investment programs. Capitalize on the bank’s reputation and community standing. Resources & Support Access to proprietary technology and customized services. An open-architecture platform with thousands of investment products. Firm-wide resources and expertise to help create client solutions. Freedom to design solutions specific to each client’s goals. Requirements Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required. Insurance license required. Three or more years of investment sales experience. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000. Salary is dependent on skills, experience, and location.
