Looking to apply your quantitative expertise in private markets? This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled investment team using advanced data science, AI/ML, and statistical modeling to drive decision-making in private equity co-investments.

This isn't your typical quant role. You'll be working alongside experienced investment professionals to analyze proprietary private markets data, refine investment strategies, and provide critical insights that shape real-world investment decisions. What You'll Be Doing
Investment Analysis & Modeling (80%)
- Analyze private market data to assess risk/return dynamics and evaluate co-investment opportunities.
- Develop quantitative models that integrate with fundamental investment analysis.
- Leverage statistical methods and machine learning techniques to enhance the investment process.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for investment teams and senior stakeholders.
Ad-Hoc Quantitative Insights (20%)
- Support investment teams and client-facing groups with custom data analysis.
- Generate insights that drive portfolio construction, client engagement, and fundraising efforts.
What You Bring
3+ years in quantitative finance, ideally with exposure to equity markets. Experience working with large datasets, statistical modeling, and financial analysis. Strong programming skills—Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, visualization tools) and SQL. Ability to communicate quantitative insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Prior private markets experience isn't required, but intellectual curiosity is.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. in a technical field preferred.
