• Location: 1165 Montgomery Drive, Santa Rosa, CA
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Ongoing / Permanent
• Shift: 3.5 days patient-facing + 1 day in the OR per week
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Licensing: Candidates must be in the process of obtaining or have CA medical license
• Experience: Previous OB/GYN experience preferred; new graduates considered if eligible for CA license

Pay & Benefits

• Placement Fee: $40,000 (approved)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN healthcare services, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
• Perform procedures such as nexplanon insertions and pessary fittings
• Participate in OR cases related to obstetrics and gynecology
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Manage patient follow-ups and ongoing treatment plans
• Contribute to hospital call coverage (5 days/month)
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols

What You Need

• Valid medical license in California (or in process of obtaining)
• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• OB/GYN certification or experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

About the Assignment This position is based at a prominent facility in Santa Rosa, California, providing essential women's health services across a broad scope of obstetric and gynecologic care. The provider will split their time between outpatient clinics and operating room duties, with an emphasis on procedural skills and patient interaction in a supportive, dynamic environment.
