Develop and implement safe, effective, and appropriate exercise programs for individuals who are apparently healthy or have medical clearance to exercise. Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience. Qualifications, Physical Demands and Qualifications Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during shift. Desire and capacity to train at all fitness levels. Must be able to lift 45+ pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older. Certification: National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited certifications such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA and/or WITS (discounts and reimbursement available). If no certification at hire, will be hired as Member Service Representative and must obtain certification within 6 months. Customer Service experience preferred. Punctuality and reliability is a must. Passion for fitness and health. Strong listener with ability to empathize and problem solve.
