Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a team focused on hospitality and service excellence.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Drive sales through outstanding execution and an engaging dining atmosphere.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and brand execution.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale casual or polished dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, and restaurant financials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Stable work history with a desire to grow within an established organization.
