We'll teach you everything you need to know about the Molly Maid Way of cleaning houses using our proven process. You'll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our Team Leaders earn an average of $20-$24 per hour, paid weekly. Our Partners earn an average of $17-$19 per hour. You are also provided a company car - compare us with competitors who make you use your own car and make you pay for gas and maintenance. Earn even more!

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

• Our office is close to a bus route

Here's what you will be responsible for:

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you'll win here.

If you're a Team Lead:

• Manage the team's schedule and driver safety
• Maintain the company car – notify staff is there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.)
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
