Ultrasound Technologist Temple, TX Specialty: Imaging/Ultrasound Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2247 - $2707 | Shift: 4x10 NOC Are you an experienced Ultrasound Technologist seeking your next adventure in a dynamic healthcare setting? Do you excel in high-pressure environments like Level I Trauma and Level IV NICU facilities? If you're ready to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform high-quality ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist or physician. Your expertise will contribute to the diagnosis of diseases and injuries, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will work in both ambulatory and hospital environments, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
- Perform ultrasound procedures according to exam protocol in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families about procedures
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and functionality
- Adhere to safety, infection-control, and radiation policies
- Ensure accurate medical imaging records are maintained
- Provide training to new team members and on new services
- Need 3 years experience in setting
- Certification: BLS (AHA Only), ARDMS or RVT
