This correctional facility delivers clinic-based primary care services within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by a full complement of on-site support staff. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the adult patient population served.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services in a correctional facility setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 15-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the adult patient population served.
