Sr Associate AI Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $86,600 - 144,400 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of experience in software development.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• We require 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications with LLMs, voice, image, or speech technologies.
• We require experience with AI assessment methods, including precision, recall, F1, and AUC, along with MLOps practices for scalable release.
• We require a strong record of developing RAG solutions with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
• We require solid expertise in prompt engineering, prompt tuning, caching strategies, and cost-conscious LLM optimization.
• We require proficiency in Python and AI/ML tooling such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• We require full-stack development experience, including Node.js and Express.
• We require experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• We require familiarity with modern DevOps tools, including Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• We require strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to interpret data and solve complex problems.
• We prefer candidates with a strong understanding of the LLM ecosystem, including GPT variants and newer models.
• We prefer experience with advanced LLM efficiency techniques such as batching and quantization.
• We prefer experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or Windsurf.
• We prefer healthcare industry experience and the ability to translate clinical and business needs into AI solutions.
• We prefer strong communication skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• We build scalable solutions that integrate large language models and related AI capabilities such as voice recognition, document parsing, image processing, text-to-speech, and RAG into both new and existing systems.
• We design and improve data pipelines and datasets for AI development and testing.
• We explain modern AI concepts, including LLMs and vector databases, to non-technical audiences.
• We continuously refine prompts to improve LLM performance and apply caching methods to increase efficiency.
• We maintain prompt libraries and track benchmark results.
• We fine-tune and deploy GPT-family and Llama models.
• We develop AI agents using Semantic Kernel.
• We prototype copilots and autonomous workflow experiences.
• We document our work thoroughly at both the code and application levels.
• We adapt quickly in a changing environment and keep learning.
• We collaborate with internal teams and external partners on large-scale initiatives.
