Humana Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support expansion of value-based programs, collaborating with providers and reporting to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence.

The role focuses on development, implementation, and valuation of new programs and the maintenance of current programs. Responsibilities include SQL-driven analytics with Azure Synapse, monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis in Excel and related tools, and supporting payments to value-based
