Steve Moyer Subaru is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our growing team. Previous automotive parts experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

As a Parts Specialist, you'll work closely with technicians, service advisors, body shop personnel, sales staff, and customers to help keep vehicles on the road and customers satisfied. Every day brings something different, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with people.

What You'll Do

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts and accessory needs.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
• Research and identify the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and body shop personnel to support repairs.
• Review collision repair estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing.
• Pull and stage parts orders for technicians and customers.
• Support dealership accessory sales and vehicle personalization programs.
• Maintain inventory organization and a clean work environment.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience every day.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive parts experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle components.
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
