Knowledge: Be an expert on 710 products. Educate the masses on 710, from budtenders, to exclusive audiences, to the public. Events: Represent 710 Labs at public and private events at dispensaries, lounges, and other locations. Inspire people to taste our product (where legally available). Drive registrations into 710's exclusive group, Green Room. Educate store customers and store staff on 710 products and the brand. Sell 710 merchandise. Schedule events as opportunities arise and execute events scheduled by sales or marketing teams. Complete regular reports of events. Help schedule events as opportunities arise and execute events scheduled by the West side Sales Representative or marketing teams. Ensure punctuality for all in store appearances and event. Merchandising: Ensure 710 products are appropriately merchandised at dispensaries. Ensuring display items are properly set up. Review test dates on products in stores and perform buybacks as needed/directed by the West Side Sales Representative and/or MI Sales Director Cleaning/resetting displays as needed. Taking inventory of display assets in use. Reporting issues with display assets. Utilize Repsly to document store visits and any additional actions needed. Must be able to perform the physical demands of job which include setting up booth and displays, loading/unloading, as well as transporting and lifting heavy boxes of merchandise and product. Must have a smart phone with an active plan; Company will allow provide a monthly expense reimbursement allowance. Weekend Availability is a must (most hours are Thursday to Sunday). Will need to have reliable transportation. Must have the ability to travel as needed. Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Michigan require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
